Audible Announce
It would be nice to have an audible announce system. It was speculated that if there was a cli media player that there may be a way to have MasterControl play an audio file on first entry. Members would ideally be able to upload their own audio files to have some customization similar to their IRC announce names. This would need clear rules defined so that it wouldn't be too annoying. Things like only playing once every 4 hours, being limited to 15 seconds and have an abuse report system in place.

Paging System
It would be nice to have a paging system that could be invoked from either IRC or the Master Control page to allow somebody to try and gain the attention of members at the space. There could be different pages such as "Please let me in" and "Please look at IRC" These might be themed to have noises like Navi from Ocarina. This would need clear rules defined to that it wouldn't be too annoying. Things like only paging once every 15 minutes.

Daemonize
It would be nice to have the system be daemonized so that maintenance can be more easily scripted.

Sign Out Reader
It would be nice to have a reader that could be swiped as a "sign out" to let people know that you're leaving. This would be mounted in space and control no doors, just as information for other members.
