Greetings, I am '''Denby Jorgensen''', also known as '''Decarabia''' in #ENTS on Freenode.

==About==

===IT===

I do IT for a living. Been working with computers and other electronics for most of my life. These days it seems I specialize in ITIL incident management, so less working with my hands and more yelling at people to fix things, but I've done everything from networking to systems administration to web development/design to programming. Being that both my father and grandfather were electricians, I was taught to solder and pull wire through conduit at a young age. Also used to build simple electronics, but we'll just say that I am rather rusty at that now...

===Leatherwork===

For the past several years, though more so in the past year I've been making all sorts of things with leather. It's been a very fun and interesting thing, a break from everything else I've ever done and something I find much easier to finish projects with (I have paintings that I'll never consider finished). I'm always open to helping out or building things with people and have a workshop of my own leather tools at home. If anyone ever needs access to them I can absolutely bring them by.

Leatherwork that I have done can be seen over here: [http://www.flickr.com/photos/d-jorgensen/sets/72157624989486996/ flickr leatherwork album]

===Cisco Sundays===

In the past I have conducted classes related to [http://www.cisco.com/web/learning/le3/le2/le0/le9/learning_certification_type_home.html Cisco's CCNA program] - covering both the CCENT and CCNA exams. The generous ENTS members have put together a rather robust Cisco lab that is at the disposal of those wishing to learn more or gain the knowledge required to become certified. If there is enough interest generated I am certainly willing to host or help out again!
